PACKAGING MACHINE OPERATOR
Role: Production Operator
Job Location: Agbara, Ogun State
Number of Positions to be filled : 1
Years of Experience Required: 2 years working experience preferably FMCG or a related discipline.

Educational /Professional Qualification: OND in engineering or related discipline.
Job Purpose:
Operate machines to achieve daily shift production targets with minimal wastage.

Van Sales Rep Bread
Core Responsibilities
Sell products directly from the van to retailers, kiosks, and open markets.
Drive daily route sales—visit assigned customers and prospect for new ones.
Promote company products and introduce new items, promos, or price changes.
Order & Delivery Management
Load and offload products correctly and safely.
Deliver products immediately after sales (cash-and-carry model).
Ensure correct invoicing and issue receipts.
Cash & Documentation
Collect cash or POS payments and remit accurately.
Maintain daily sales records, stock movement, and returns.
Reconcile sales, stock, and cash at the end of each day.
Customer Management
Build strong relationships with retailers and market customers.
Handle customer complaints and resolve minor issues on the spot.
Ensure good product display and visibility at customer outlets.
Stock & Asset Control
Monitor van stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Prevent product damage, loss, or expiry.
Maintain cleanliness and basic care of the van.
Market Intelligence
Gather market feedback on pricing, competitors, and customer needs.
Report competitor activities and sales opportunities to management.
Compliance & Safety
Follow company policies on pricing, routes, and cash handling.
Drive safely and responsibly, obey traffic rules.
Area Sales Manager
Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop sales plans, targets, and pricing/discount strategies aligned with company goals.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise sales representatives; set KPIs and monitor performance.
Customer Management: Build and maintain relationships with key customers; handle major negotiations and complaints.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports for management.
Coordination: Work closely with marketing, production, and finance to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
Process Improvement: Optimize sales processes, territory coverage, and distribution efficiency.
